Pool and Team Information:

Concessions: Meals, drinks, and snacks are available at the guardhouse. Credit cards and cash accepted. See Snack Shack for specifics. 

• This pool has 6 lanes and is 25 yards long.
• This pool has deck lighting and is licensed to operate at night.
• This pool has starting blocks.
• They had 53 swimmers last year (2022) and have 61 swimmers this year (2023).
• Timing System used: Time Drops
• We enter time information into Meet Maestro during the meet automatically using the time drops system. 
• PW will print out the timing report and two Heat Sheets; one for your Clerk of Course and one for your kid pusher. Any other Heat sheets your team requires you will need to bring to the meet.

Parking: We ask that Planter's Walk residents park along Lynnwood Road (on the pool side). If necessary, parking is available on Oak Grove and Clay Hill. Please do not block driveways or walk through/between yards. We reserve our parking lot for our visiting team. It typically fills up, so please leave yourself time to walk from a street parking location if the parking lot is full. Note: the parking lot is a ONE WAY loop. 

Directions: 

From points west via Knightdale Boulevard (Business 64): make a slight right onto Lynnwood Road. At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit and stay on Lynnwood Road. Continue about 0.5 miles. Turn left (at Oakgrove Drive) into the pool parking lot. 

From points east via Knightdale Boulevard (Business 64): turn left onto Hinton Oaks Blvd. At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto Lynnwood Road. Continue about 0.5 miles. Turn left (at Oakgrove Drive) into the pool parking lot.

From I-87/Hodge Road: Turn onto Lynnwood. Continue about 0.9 mi. Turn right (at Oakgrove Drive) into the pool parking lot. 

Once on Deck

Once in the gate, please proceed to the right side of the pool deck. You are welcome to sit in the chairs and at the tables or on the grassy area. 

We'd highly recommend bringing folding chairs as we can't provide enough for all. 

Please do not use the pavilion inside the pool gate (on the visitor side) as that's reserved for the scorers and ribbon writers.

Other Details

Warmups: As the host team, we will warm up from 5:00 to 5:30. The pool will be available for your team to warm up from 5:30 to 6:00.

Pre-Meet Briefing: There will be a pre-meet briefing promptly at 5:45 pm on the pool deck near the orange picnic table. Kindly have all people officiating at the meet and yourselves in attendance at that time.

Parent/Coach Relay: We don't routinely offer extra relays (coach's, etc.) though we sometimes will do something special at the last home meet.
