2026 TSA Championship Meet
TSA Swimmers — Get Ready for Champs!
The TSA Championship Meet is one of the most exciting events of the season, held near the end of the regular dual meet schedule. All TSA member teams are invited to participate — and swimmers of all skill levels are encouraged to join in!
✅ There’s no limit to how many swimmers can attend from your team — even if it’s just one! As long as a coach is present, any swimmer is welcome. If a swimmer wants to compete but their coach isn’t able to attend, please reach out — we’ll help make arrangements.
This meet is a great opportunity for every swimmer who can swim unassisted — not just your fastest athletes!
🚫 Special Note for 6 & Unders: Swimmers in this age group must be able to complete the full 25-yard length of the pool on their own. No “kid catchers” or shortened distances (like 15 yards/meters) are allowed. All standard TSA rules apply — there are no exceptions to technical requirements for 6 & under events.
** Please convert all 15 meters and 15 yards times to 25 yards. You can download this excel converter to do so. **
We can’t wait to see you at the pool for this unforgettable meet! 🏊♂️🏅

Swimmers must be members of an invited TSA member club to participate in this meet.

- 6 & Under swimmers may swim a maximum of two (2) individual events and two (2) relays.
- Each team may enter up to three (3) relay teams per relay event.
- Only one (1) relay may score from each team in each relay event.
- Swimmers must swim in the age group they were in as of June 1, 2026 for individual events.
- Swimmers may “swim up” for relays as stated in the TSA rules.
- Submit all entry times for a 25-yard course.
- Please use 25-yard approximations for all 6 & Under events. You can download this excel converter to convert 15 y/m times to 25 y/m times.
- All participating swimmers should be able to swim the strokes legally for the events they are entered in, especially 6 & Under breaststroke events.

⚠️ SwimTopia Relay Entry Workaround for Cross-Session Swim-Ups
Known SwimTopia Issue
Some teams may encounter an issue when creating relay lineups for the TSA Championship Meet and attempting to swim-up athletes from one session into a relay in another session.
Even when a swimmer has been declared as attending the meet, SwimTopia may incorrectly display a message indicating that the swimmer is unavailable because they are "undeclared."
SwimTopia has confirmed this is a known issue and is actively working on a fix. Until that fix is released, teams can use the workaround below.
Workaround
Before creating your relay lineup:
- Navigate to Meet Setup → Team Preferences
- Locate the setting:
- Assume "undeclared" athletes will be participating in the meet
- Change the setting to:
- Will be participating in the meet
- Save your changes.
- Create or update your relay lineups, including any swim-up athletes.
- After your relays have been completed, return to Meet Setup → Team Preferences Change the setting back to:
- Will not be participating in the meet
This temporary setting allows SwimTopia to make the affected swimmers available during relay lineup creation.
When Should You Use This?
Use this workaround if:
- A swimmer is declared and attending the meet.
- You are attempting a legal swim-up for a relay.
- SwimTopia reports that the swimmer is unavailable or undeclared.
- The swimmer is being moved into a relay that is in a different meet session than their normal age-group session.
Important Notes
- This issue appears to affect cross-session relay swim-ups.
- SwimTopia has acknowledged the problem and is working on a permanent solution.
- Once your relay entries are complete, TSA recommends changing the Team Preference setting back to its original value to avoid unintended effects on meet entries.
Questions?
If you continue to experience issues after applying this workaround, please contact SwimTopia Support directly through the SwimTopia Help Center or notify the TSA Championship Meet Director [email protected].
