Safe Sport, Code of Conduct, Stroke and Turn

Good afternoon, everyone. In an attempt to move more of our operations to SwimTopia, we have created the following registration links. The first is for TSA reps; the others will need to be shared with other members of your team.

Please complete these forms by May 20th and a hard deadline of June 9, 2026 (first meet).

    1. TSA Rep Safe Sport Acknowledgement

This registration link is for TSA Reps. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find the TSA Safe Sport curriculum. Each club should have at least one TSA rep complete a safe sport curriculum. There are 2 options below. You do not need to send in your certificate, merely have it available for presentation.
    A. USA Swimming Safe Sport for those with a paid account. B. Parent's Guide To Misconduct in Sport AND Safe Sport For Volunteers for those with a free USA swimming account. Enter "TSA Safe Sport" when completing the registration link.

    2. Code of Conduct and Safe Sport for Coaches

    https://tsa.swimtopia.com/private/7ypcnzq

This is a registration link that should be shared with all coaches. All coaches should review the 2026 TSA Rules and complete Safe Sport training before completing this registration. If they have not already created a SwimTopia account, coaches can create it here. Otherwise, coaches should use their existing log-in.

    A. USA Swimming Safe Sport (for those with a paid account) B. Parent's Guide To Misconduct in Sport AND Safe Sport For Volunteers for those with a free USA swimming account. C. Code of Conduct (not a separate document, just an acknowledgement section in registration link).

    3. Stroke and Turn Judge Registration

    https://tsa.swimtopia.com/private/p6p2kzz

Please have all Stroke & Turn judges for your team complete this registration. In place of sending a copy of the training certificate, they will merely certify here that they attended a TSA training (live clinics only) or are certified through USA Swimming. TSA training must be repeated annually. USA Swimming certification lasts for a longer duration. You will not need to submit a certificate, but should be able to produce a certificate if needed for any reason.
