Dear TSA Reps,

I hope you've had time to enjoy the past few months, but now it's time to close out the 2025 season. Please join me next week Tuesday, October, 21, 2025 for our final BOD meeting of the 2025 season.

We have to relocate from our typical venue as Pullen Community Center is undergoing a major HVAC renovation. As such, we'll be at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 600 Walnut St, Cary, NC 27511 Make sure to go to the Chapel (closest to Tanglewood Dr.) and NOT the sanctuary.

Here is a quick rundown of the agenda:

2. Survey Results/Season Stats
3. Committee Structure and assignments
4. Leagues and Scheduling – Rankings/Vote
5. Discussion and Vote on Dual Meet Calendar
6. Vote on President / Secretary
7. New Business**Please get your surveys done this week or, at least before next Monday so I can pull together a presentation of the data. I am willing to take on the Secretary role if someone can step up to the President role. If you have interest in running for President, or would like to nominate someone for the role, please let me know prior to our meeting next week. Message from Stefan: The Leagues and Scheduling committee met on Tuesday, October 7th to set the proposed rankings for TSA's 2026 Dual Meet season. You will find the Proposal package attached here. The package consists of five pages. You'll see two [2] reports for each League (North and South) - one in the Divisional format for 2025, and the same in the format that will likely be TSA's Divisional structure in 2026. The rankings remain the same, but for some teams near the bottom, their Divisional assignment will change to reflect 3-team divisions. The last page is the Special Request guidelines that teams will use to make scheduling requests.

I will present this proposal at the October 21st Board meeting and take any questions at that time. If our agenda allows for it, and we decide to do so, we could vote on the rankings at that time and go into the Fall/Winter break with rankings already determined instead of waiting until January/February. This would allow for the scheduling process to begin, and end, earlier. See you next week! -Shawn
