Hello TSA reps, 

Thank you for your time at the first meeting of the year. Please find attached the minutes from the January meeting. These will also be posted to the TSA site going forward, in addition to the agenda. 

I'm also attaching the flyer from MOR that Coach Lindsay spoke about. 

I'm posting here, again, the link to the Transgender Task Force Data room so that you can continue to dig into the information we considered and discussed to develop the proposed pathways. I've added the two presentations to the data room as well. Please feel free to email any questions or discussion points to me prior to the February meeting if you wish. Finally, I would like your help in cleaning up our TSA rep emails and committees. I would like for all of you to take a look at this spreadsheet and make the appropriate updates. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1N7cJrW-lUG... 

The first tab "Team TSA Reps" - please make sure all of your reps are listed here. Please highlight all correct reps in Green. If a Rep is missing, please add a line and add their info, then highlight in Green. If there are reps that are listed that are no longer participating, please highlight that line in Yellow. 

The next tab "committees" - please make sure all reps from your team are listed under the desired committee (you can use the attached Committees spreadsheet I shared during the meeting) and add your team name next to your name. If not correct, please update accordingly. Highlight the line in green when complete/correct. 

The third tab is the "TSA representative role" - Find your name on this list and highlight in Green. If your name is not there, add all information and then highlight in green. If you notice someone from your team that no longer should be listed, please highlight them in Yellow. 

Green = Keep/add.

Yellow = Remove

Thanks for your help with this as we have been needing to clean this stuff up for several years. Please try to get this done by the end of the week, or sooner if possible. Adam and Anthony will clean up Swimtopia and make sure all of the committees are set in the system so we can communicate with each other and the committees easily and accurately. A big thank you to those guys!
