The Marlins Of Raleigh Swim Team (MOR) is searching for a lead swim coach/instructor for our 8-Under AG 1 practice group at our Raleigh location at St. Mary’s School on Hillsborough Street, in Raleigh. The coach will be responsible for designing practices for our AG 1 practice group which trains Tue/Thur at 5:30pm and Saturday at 10:30am for 1 hour. There are swim meets on weekends about once every 6 weeks. Coach will effectively communicate with swimmers and parents and be responsible for meet entries.

The successful candidate will have competitive swimming background, coaching experience either with USA Swimming or summer league, complete all usa swimming requirements including a background check, be enthusiastic with a caring demeanor appropriate for leading young swimmers. Reliability and promptness are essential qualities of a successful swim coach. You will get to work with MOR’s experienced staff and have professional mentors.

MOR is one of the top 25 teams out of over 3000 in the US, is a 501-c-3 nonprofit organization.

Coaches receive competitive hourly salary, have all required courses paid for by MOR and expense reimbursement to swim meets.
