Pool and Team Information:
 This pool has 6 lanes and is 25 yards long.
  • Lights: This pool has permanent deck lighting and is licensed to operate at night.
  • Starting Blocks: This pool has starting blocks.
  • Number of Swimmers:
    • 2026: 109 Swimmers
    • 2025: 100 Swimmers
    • 2024: 81 Swimmers
    • 2023: 78 Swimmers
    • 2022: 86 Swimmers
  • Timing System: (semi-automatic) 
    • Dolphin Timers with Infinity start system. 
    • Timers will auto start with the start of the race
    • We require 2 timers per lane, both using dolphin timers
  • Concessions:
    • Concessions are available on site. We will also send out a link prior to the meet to pre-order full pizza's.
    • Credit / Debit cards and tap to pay (Google Pay / Apple Pay) accepted
    • No Cash is accepted for concessions. 
  • Raffle: 
    • We will have a 50/50 Raffle that is Cash only for tickets
    • Winners will be picked between breaststroke and fly events
  • Parent / Coaches Relay:
    • We will have a parents & coaches relay between the breaststroke and fly events. Bring your bathing suit if you would like to participate.
  • Seating:
    • It's recommended to bring your own chairs as seating is limited
    • There is not a lot of room for tents or canopies to be setup.

Directions:
4401 Willow Oak Dr. Raleigh, NC 27604 From the 440 Beltline, take the US 64 Business exit (13B) toward Knightdale. Turn left onto New Hope Rd. Turn right onto Willow Oak (entrance to Hedingham) and take your second left into the pool parking lot. Parking at the pool is limited; carpooling is strongly recommended. Parking also is available along Willow Oak Road. (Google Maps Link)
